Tax on lodging included

An additional amount of $25 per day per person (min two nights) will apply for any individual above the number of people.

Prices included cleaning services at the end of your stay, linen and towels for the bathrooms. We supply fire wood.

For insurance, hygienic and allergy-control reasons, smoking inside the Villas and pets on the site are prohibited.

Payment schedule :

• A 40% deposit to confirm your reservation

• The balance is due upon your arrival by check or cash

• A security deposit check of $750 for damage is required.. The check will be return during the week following the rental.

Restriction:

Cancellation terms :

If you must cancel your reservation for any reason, we will attempt to re-book the same property for the same time period. If this attempt is successful, you will receive all amount paid. If this attempt is unsuccessful, all amount paid will be forfeited.

7 days : Friday 5pm to Friday 12pm or Sunday 5pm to Sunday 12pm
Weekend : Friday 5pm to Sunday 12pm

If the Villa is not rented before or after your stay, it is possible to arrive earlier or depart later, upon prior arrangement.

Off Season :

March 30, 2012 to June 14, 2012
October 9, 2012 to November 22, 2012

Christmas and New Year :

Christmas week and New Year's week.

Reception  :

If you wish to hold a reception at Villa # 1, a maximum of 60 people is permitted.  Rates depend on the number of guests invited to your reception.

Up to 26 people	see regular rates
In between 26 and 40 people	extra charge of 300$
In between 40 and 60 people	extra charge of 600$

GST and PST are extra.

If you wish to hold a reception at Villa # 3, a maximum of 35 people is permitted.
